Was (sort of) asked to do the following.

1. First name: Brigitte, Bee

2. Age: 21

3. Location:
Various parts of Michigan, most notably Clarkston during the week and Ann Arbor on the weekends.

4. Occupation:
Support Staff for a bankruptcy law firm. I basically fill out tons of paperwork for attorneys who represent creditors (people you owe money too), answer an occasional phone call, and help mediate contracts between debtors (people who owe money) and creditors. I am also a part time student at a local community college. I used to go to a University, but I just didn't like it.

5. Partner?:

In love--Boyfriend. Sometimes referred to as Squishy, because he is so skinny and boney. I like the ironic side of life.

In crime--Wife. Bff from high school. Amazingly wonderful person who knows me inside and out.

In living--Roommate. Crazy red hair. Constantly listens to Automatic Loveletter and drives me to work daily.

In Hippiness--Elfie. Plants herbs by moonlight. Wears flowery skirts. Almost like an imaginary friend. Watches Bravo with me. Lives across the state.

6. Kids:
You know that family, the Duggars? I want to be them, but not as weird. Or as homeschooled.

7. Brothers/Sisters:
Brother. Almost 25. Engaged to Almost Sister. Future lawyer/New Yorker. Plays fantasy football/baseball. Loves the Tigers. Watches Intervention.

Almost Sister. Engaged to Brother. From New Jersey. Peruvian. Has a fancy pants job doing something with money. Too nice for all of us.

Sister. Almost 19. College student. Sassy Pants. Shops too much. Works for Mom.

8. Pets:
Reggie. Mini schnauzer. Omnipotent. Dumb.

9. List the 3-5 biggest things going on in your life:
a. School is sort of on the back burner but just for the semester. I think I might take one class and save up for a car.
b. Driving. I still need to get a license and then a car. It will free me up greatly. I can't wait!
c. Shopping online. I really need to stop.
d. I just realized I'm pretty boring. Haha.

10. Parents?:
Mom. Lawyer. Religious. Watches reality tv like it's going out of style.
Dad. Photographer. Science nut. Lover of fart jokes.

11. Who are some of your closest friends?:
Wife.
Squishy.
Sister.

Well that's it!

I really wish I knew how to make this blog look nice.

I miss Amanda and my friends from Central. I think it's the back to school-ness that's in the air.

Spending the weekend with the Family. Sunday with Boyfriend.

Really need to clean my room. Too lazy.

The Scripts Spelling Bee was last week. As much as I love watching these amazing kids I wonder how many of them are pushed to the point of insanity and exhaustion by their parents, their schools and Scripts to perform this task that, in the long run, won't really amount to anything.

I just hope they have someone in their life who lets those kids play outside and watch movies that have fart jokes in them.

I like how I come home for the weekend of mother's day and my parents go out of town. At least I get the free food they left in the fridge.

Work never ceases to bore me. All day I make phone calls and fill out paperwork. Still, I’m thankful that I even have a job at this point; there are so many of us who don’t.

a few minor adjustments

I really need to stretch my legs. I miss shoes. I miss spots.

I sit in my puke green cubicle attempting to look busy as Pompous Lawyer drones on about something entirely unimportant to not just me, but everyone else in my department as well. I send documents to the printer unnecessarily just to look like I am doing something, and so I have a reason to get up from my desk and walk around, shaking the sleep out of my legs and head.

PL is wearing a red and blue striped shirt that his wife clearly picked out for him. We got an email saying that today is his birthday, but no one wishes him well. It would seem unprofessional, almost even more so than when the other girls have fights with their boyfriends on their phones in the conference room.

The printer is squeaky because it is almost out of toner. It sounds like crickets, reminding me of days when I got to spend more time outside than in, teaching kids how to swim and play with clay. I think about taking a nose dive off of the corporate roof into the snow just to wake myself up from the reality that is no longer.

Is it summer yet?
